Mikaela Domico, PA-C

Working alongside Dr. Vishal Mehta, Mikaela specializes in helping patients manage and recover from a wide range of sports medicine conditions, from sprains and tendonitis to fractures and arthritis. As a board-certified physician assistant, she evaluates patients independently in the clinic, manages diagnostic imaging, and serves as a surgical assistant. Mikaela takes a holistic approach to patient wellness—holding certifications in both Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Mental Health First Aid—to ensure every individual receives thoughtful, well-rounded care. Outside of work, she stays active in the community by volunteering with Feed My Starving Children and Special Olympics, while also enjoying Pilates, hot yoga, reading, scrapbooking, and spending time with loved ones.
