Jessica brought her passion for sports medicine to Fox Valley Orthopedics in 2006, after spending several years caring for collegiate athletes at the University of Iowa. Working closely with Dr. Petsche, she specializes in knee, shoulder, and hip conditions, combining clinical evaluations with non-surgical options like physical therapy and ultrasound-guided regenerative injections. As an avid outdoorswoman and lifelong athlete herself, Jessica genuinely understands how frustrating an injury can be—and she’s driven by helping patients of all ages get back to doing what they love.

They can perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat orthopedic injuries, order and interpret lab tests, perform minor procedures, assist in surgery, and provide patient education. They extend the ability of our surgeons to care for our patients. PA-C is an acronym for Physician Assistant – Certified, meaning they have their own medical licenses and have passed the Physician Assistant National Certifying exam, among other requirements, before receiving the medical license designation “PA-C”.
