James Schiltz, PA-C

Having joined Fox Valley Orthopedics in 2011, Jim brings years of dedicated experience to his partnership with Dr. Timothy Petsche, focusing on sports injuries and conditions of the shoulder, elbow, knee, and hip. As a board-certified physician assistant, Jimevaluates patients independently, offers advanced non-surgical care like PRP and orthobiologics, and assists Dr. Petsche in complex surgical procedures. A former professional baseball player for the Cook County Cheetahs, Jim combines his athletic background with clinical expertise, even serving as a instructor at Rosalind Franklin and Midwestern Universities to mentor the next generation of providers. Outside the clinic, he loves coaching his sons in baseball and basketball and spending quality time with his family and friends.
