Dr. Seeds is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist holding dual board certification—a distinction earned by less than 10% of orthopedic surgeons nationwide.

Fellowship-trained at the acclaimed American Sports Medicine Institute under Drs. Lawrence Lemak and James Andrews, he has served as team physician for high school, collegiate, and professional teams including Boston College, Auburn University, and NFL Europe.

Prioritizing conservative, non-operative treatment whenever possible, Dr. Seeds works collaboratively with patients to design individual recovery plans. When surgery is required, he specializes in minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques of the shoulder, knee, ankle, elbow, and wrist, helping patients safely achieve faster recoveries and return to their active lifestyles.
