Working alongside Dr. Jeffrey Jacoby, Nicole specializes in helping patients navigate complex orthopedic spine conditions and injuries. As a board-certified physician assistant, she evaluates patients independently in the clinic, manages diagnostic imaging, and assists in surgical procedures. Her passion for orthopedics was born out of her experience as a former collegiate volleyball player, giving her a deep, personal appreciation for mobility, recovery, and patient-centered care. Away from the clinic, Nicole loves expressing her creativity through watercolor painting, exploring new hobbies, and traveling the world.

Physician assistants are versatile clinicians in our practice. They can perform physical examinations, diagnose and treat orthopedic injuries, order and interpret lab tests, perform minor procedures, assist in surgery, and provide patient education. They extend the ability of our surgeons to care for our patients. PA-C is an acronym for Physician Assistant–Certified, meaning they have their medical licenses and have passed the Physician Assistant National Certifying exam, among other requirements, before receiving the medical license designation “PA-C”.
