Anesthesiology

We are dedicated to bringing you the best care at the most affordable cost. As part of this dedication we contract with a third party to keep anesthesia costs low without sacrificing expertise. We work with Stat Anesthesia Specialists Ltd. to provide and maintain an excellent level of care. Ambulatory Anesthesiologists of Chicago may be out of network and may not accept the same insurances as our surgery center. It is your responsibility to verify your insurance coverage with their group.
After your surgery, you may receive a separate bill from their company to cover the costs of your surgical anesthesiologist. For any questions regarding insurance coverage on your bill, please contact them directly at (708) 895-9450.

Billing Options

You will receive a bill for your surgery at the Fox Valley Orthopedics Ambulatory Surgery center within 4-6 weeks from your surgery. For your convenience, you are able to pay via mail, at one of our seven locations or online.
