Healthy Living is an evidence-based, weight management program guided by medical professionals. Throughout your journey, you will learn:

The Healthy Living program requires a minimum of a 3-month commitment. Consultations may include weekly or monthly in-office visits, depending on weight-loss goals.

Weight Loss Support
Support For Success is vital in your journey to weight loss, and your primary care physician, family, and friends are excellent resources. Through the Healthy Living program, we will keep your physician up-to-date with your progress. With your consent, we can also keep a friend or family member updated on your progress.
For additional support, you will be encouraged to attend a support group twice-a-month. In the span of an hour, you will learn nutrition and fitness tips from others who are on the same weight loss journey. This is also a great opportunity to exchange healthy recipes and taste-test “the dish of the week”.

The Healthy Living program is open to anyone 18 or older who wants to enhance their overall well-being, increase energy levels, or achieve sustainable weight loss.
Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No physician referral is not required to join the program.

After your initial exam, you have the option to schedule follow-up appointments, including virtual consultations, for added convenience and flexibility.
How quickly can I expect to see results?
Results vary from person to person, but most patients can expect to lose 1–5 pounds per week. Your progress will depend on factors such as your commitment, lifestyle choices, and adherence to the program. Do I have to take medications?
