After my initial appointment on Feb 17, 2026, I had several questions about the Patient Care Summary. I left a message on the Patient Portal and expected to get a response in a day or two. Within minutes I received a call from Liz. She expressed her understanding, answered my questions in detail and offered some background info that was extremely helpful. Because she had made me feel so comfortable during that first visit, I knew I could ask her some additional questions that hadn’t occurred to me previously. She took care of that too. Liz is a valuable resource and welcoming face especially to new patients.

I was referred to Dr. Petsche by a family friend, for my Rotator Cuff tear. Dr. Petsche was spot on with his diagnosis, the surgery and the treatment plan. My surgery went smoothly with minimal pain. I followed his post surgery recommendations for very limited shoulder movement and waited the 7 weeks he advised, to begin physical therapy. I am very grateful for the positive outcome and also for where I am in my recovery as a result. Dr. Petsche was very much up on the latest protocols for the surgery and recovery. I highly recommend his care to anyone in need of orthopedic help.

I am roughly three months post-op from an L4-L5 fusion and would like to say the skill, care, and attentiveness of the staff, as well as their willingness to listen to my concerns, far exceeded my expectations. After right shoulder surgery I have been receiving expert rehabilitation from Katie. Her in depth knowledge and years of experience is exceptional. She has used several different approaches to my rehabilitation based on pain levels and abilities for that given day. I would give Katie and the entire rehab department a 10 star rating. Hats off Katie, you are the best!!! From initial examination throughout the surgery and rehabilitation, Fox Valley Orthopedics is the best medical attention I have received in a long time. I highly recommend Fox Valley Orthopedics for all your orthopedic needs. Their doctors and staff are the best in their field!

Daniel set-up an appointment for me to get my wound vac and staples removed. My appointment was the following week, but wound vac was shifting off. Daniel worked me into the schedule. He removed the staples, but had to put on a zipline because the would wasn’t fully closed. Daniel had to run across the street twice to get needed supplies. He is a true professional and went way above and beyond during the visit. He is awesome and an amazing nurse. Fox Valley is so lucky to have such a professional on staff!

I thought that I would not have an issue having my MRI. I panicked immediately upon being put into the tube…”GET ME OUT!”. Julie and her associate got me out, calmed me down, and reassured me that I could do it. With the calmness and what Julie referred to as her tricks, I was able to complete my 20 minute MRI. The professionalism that both showed was amazing.
